10 In-Person 60 Min Sessions

For those seeking a dynamic change. We will meet 10 times for an hour. I will embark on this journey with you to help you move through your wellness goals, whether it’s pain, discomfort, or creating a mindfulness practice. You get all 3 modalities in different sessions!

We will work amongst specialized crystals for your intention and healing, and we will use them to harness the energy you are calling in. I will lead you through a curated Yoga practice based on your current energy, mood, and ultimately what we are working to achieve. A session can include a Crystal Infused Reiki session that will amplify your intentions, and ultimately your Metamorphosis. These sessions are alchemized for your Highest and greatest well-being.

5 In-Person One-Hour Sessions

For those seeking energy maintenance. I create a container based on your needs to support your intention. You receive curated sessions of your choice (Yoga, Reiki, or Crystal Healing), and one-on-one attention to support you through your journey to feel held and supported. These sessions are focused on keeping your energy, clean, balanced, and aligned.
