Programing Crystals?
As we all know, crystals carry ancient wisdom and healing properties. Therefore when we get a crystal we want to get the most out of them, right?
When I began my journey with crystals this was a question I had. Politely asking,
“Do I need to program my crystal?”. Store clerk replies, “No don’t worry about that”. And so I went on my merry way.
Well I am learning that this was actually not the best answer. See because crystals carry specific energy and not just one type of energy. They carry a various nuanced energy that supports us in different circumstances.
In order to tap into that specific type of energy it is useful to program your crystal so that it uses that specified energy to help you.
For example, if we buy a Serpentine crystal. We see that it carries grounding energy, helps you meditate, helps you stay optimistic, helps heal heart, helps to rebalance digestion and many more.
Accordingly it is important to find the energy that you want to be aligned with and use that to program your crystal.
How?
Find a quiet time and space.
Write down your intention/focused energy/goal/desire. Like, “I will work with this crystal to stay optimistic during challenging times.” or “This crystal will help me stay optimistic when I feel lost".
Ground yourself by taking deep cleansing breaths (in through your nose, out through your mouth).
Sit in meditation and hold your crystal in your hands.
Close your eyes and imagine your intention is already true. Use your senses to see yourself calm, light, , unbothered and filled with solutions for the outcome.
End with more grounding breaths and find gratitude for this fulfilled desire.🙏🏼
