Reiki is a healing modality, it is an energy that promotes balance, harmony, and healing. The practitioner can send/transfer this healing energy through sight, touch or thought.

Tania will lead you through a Restorative practice, AKA loungy and stretchy poses, and infuse it with the powerful energy of Reiki. This practice will help to allow a sweet surrender as the Reiki energy will provide healing love and support for your unique experience. Please book using this link

Reiki is a technique of healing, stress reduction, and relaxation that taps into this life force energy. Reiki improves our health and enhances the quality of life we experience.

For the session please be in a comfortable space so you can allow the body to surrender and receive the full experience, it is recommended to be lying down. You will receive distance Reiki healing via Zoom. No experience with meditation or Reiki required.
